Climb it!
Resist the urge to skip your workout. Need some motivation? Try adding in a new move to your fitness routine. Here’s a great full-body combination exercise you can include in your next workout. Strive to repeat the combination for 1 minute straight working your way up to continuing the circuit for 5 minutes nonstop. Aim to complete 3 sets or more!

- Prisoner get ups x2 (right leg starts each rep)
- Climbing push ups x2 (right arm starts each rep)
- Mountain climbers x4 (each switch counts as one)
- Repeat starting each rep of prisoner squats and climbing push ups with your left)
