If you have the Monday blues…
The fact that today is Monday may, in and of itself, drive some of you to drink, especially if you have to go to work and you’re not entirely happy with your chosen occupation. Whether that describes your situation or not (we certainly hope that it doesn’t), we have a cocktail suggestion for you. This is one of the signature drinks on our boat. We call it the Frostbite!
It’s made as follows:
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz white rum
- 1 oz blue curacao
- 1 oz lime juice
- top with equal parts passion fruit juice and club soda over ice
In case it’s not obvious, the drink is best consumed on a sailboat, anchored in a pretty anchorage, or on a sandy island beach.
