Pyramid fun!
It’s time to get your heart rate up and burn off some of those holiday calories! The following pyramid workout includes only 2 exercises but it incorporates a lot of reps. Be prepared to sweat!
Pyramid workout:
20 push ups / 1 burpee
19 push ups / 2 burpees
18 push ups / 3 burpees
…Continue counting down on the push ups and up on the burpees until you reach…
1 push up / 20 burpees
Rest when you need to but try to finish in the least amount of time.
